Your style is well suited to working with highly effective individuals, and those individuals who have to perform in very challenging and/or high pressure situations.

● Your score on this factor provides and indication of your ability to control concentration (thought processes) and emotions. Although your score in this area is within the average range for business leaders, it is somewhat higher than we would ideally like to see. Since distractibility and frustration and anger often go hand in hand, you may be able to improve your communication skills by learning, and practicing, some anger management skills.
