The off-site manufacture and minimal transportation requirements of theelemental building system considerably lowers carbon footprint, improvesaccessibility in restricted areas and lessens the requirement for heavy plantand machinery on site. It is quick and easy to construct, in various shapesand sizes and is ‘future proof’, facilitating subsequent re-development.

U-values are Building Regulation compliant at double wall thickness, code level4-6 compliant at triple wall thickness and provide high BREEAM/ECO-Homesratings. The system is Lloyds registered approved and BLP insuranceunderwritten with a 12 year warranty.
