For ease of unloading, the curtain is tensioned from both the front and rear. With the new Schmitz Cargobull door retainer the operator has increased protection whilst providing a positive grip on the door surface. The C-couplings PLUS 2 x 7 + 1 x 15-pin sockets fitted at the front of the bulkhead fit all tractor units and have an operator-friendly design, thus reducing the risk of confusing the connections. New rear curtain tensioner reduces the risk of injury. Galvanised steel rear corner posts are protected by robust rubber block buffers. LED rear tail lights further improves safety and efficiency. The optional storage space has enough room for the 13 pairs of load restraint straps, enabling quicker loading and unloading. The standard lashing holes plus 13 pairs of lashing eyes in the outer frame can be used for load securing. Bodies: Curtainsider body with 2 side posts per side, sliding curtain with over centre buckles and curtain tensioning from front and rear.
Bulkhead: Aluminium bulkhead with "UK design" steel corner supports, easy side loading, interior bulkhead ram protection 300 mm high, optional storage compartment for lashing straps on left & right in the bulkhead.
Rear: Steel rear frame with integrated curtain tensioner, aluminium planked full height barn doors with integrated lacking bars.
