INTRODUCTION
Tagus Mill is a company which has a diverse range of services. Tagus Mill was
founded in 2008 with the aim of providing excellent services in the field of
Engineering and Environmental products .
Tagus Mills main service was in the field of palm leaf products and how these can
help reduce the usage of plastic and non renewable materials in daily life.
In 2009, BMS Controls Engineering Co was added as a Technical branch of the
company mainly dealing with Building services and BMS engineering. This was
pioneered by Mushahid M, who has worked extensively on TREND and other BMS
systems in the UK. The following list mentioned below highlights the scope of works
covered by our company.

Design Testing Installation Commissioning Servicing and Maintenance Surveying for upgrades Costing and estimation Training

BMS Controls Engineering Co. can design and install products from wide range of
BMS systems from:
TREND Johnson Controls Cylon Alerton Schenider Siemens
We can Design, Test , Install and Commission any BMS project with expert
engineers on our belt to provide support.
We can also be involved in the initial stages of the project estimation and costing in
required. We can work on small designing only projects where we design the
strategy of the plant and prepare graphics and also on big projects where we handle
the complete BMS projects right from the Estimation stage to the final commissioning
and handover stage.
The location of our branches in strategic geographical locations makes logistics and
supply easier for us . We can provide services in all regions from UK(Europe),
India(Asia) and Saudi Arabia(Middle east). This also means that our company has
wide range of contacts and dealers whom we consider our backbone who are
responsible for the on time and punctual delivery of the materials .

Mohamed Adnan Meeran

Mr.Adnan completed his Masters from the University of Reading in 2008 and has
ever since been involved in Healthcare and Environmental work. He is the main
Operations head of the London Branch . Having established Beaumont Alexis Ltd ,
another company dealing with Healthcare and services to the community of West
london, he is also simultaneously looking into the growth of the Environmental
services and products by creating awareness and campaigning for a better and a Bio
Degradable cause.
Mohammed Riyaz
MBA- University of Leeds, UK
Mr.Riyaz is a Management post graduate from the University of Leeds, UK. He has
expertise with working on management and Business development areas. He was
working as a Manager with Waitrose ,a leading prestigious food and retail chain prior
to joining Tagus Mill as a Management head .He brings his experience and
knowledge into the companys business strategies to enable fast growth and
sustainable techniques to move forward.
Mohammed Mushahid
MSc- University of Reading, UK
PGDMSBTEC, London, UK
Mr. Mushahid is a postgraduate in Management studies from the prestigious College
of Central London and also has a MSc in Cybernetics from the University of
Reading . He is the founder of BMS Controls Engineering Co, the Technical branch
of Tagus Mill. He has with him experience and expertise of working and managing
projects with BMS systems from Johnson Controls, TREND and Honeywell.
Having worked in the UK and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have made him an expert
on the Middle east and the European BMS markets. He has obtained his training from
the TREND HQ located at Horsham, UK and Honeywell HQ located at Sharjah,
UAE.

Nayim Mohammed Pasha
MEng - Anna University, India
Mr.Nayim holds a postgraduate Masters in Power systems from one of the premier
Institutions in India and has excellent technical skills . His keen interest in the BMS
industry has made him quite familiar with the BMS systems from Honeywell and
TREND. Even though he is a recent addition in the company , he has a major role in
providing technical advice and executing projects of all sizes. His experience in the
Electrical sector is crucial in the Panel designing ,cable layout , terminations and
operation of the BMS low voltage panels.
Vaseem Mohammed
MBA- Wigan and Leigh , Bangalore, India
Mr.Vaseem is a dynamic individual holding a MBA from the reputed Wigan and
Leigh College in Bangalore. His business venture was in financial services and Event
Management where he carved a niche in the industry. He has always been interested
in providing technical business solutions and support and could not resist this
opportunity to work with Tagus Mill BMS controls Engineering Co. He is involved in
the Business Development and Technical management in India and Asia region.
