Start of Course: 1st of every month. Venue: School Collages Ground /Sports Complex.

Last Date of Registration: 30th of every month. Monthly Fee: 1000/Rs.

White to Yellow Belt: 60 Credit hours. Yellow to Orange Belt: 60 Credit hours.

Orange to Green Belt: 70 Credit hours. Green to Blue Belt: 80 Credit hours.

Blue to Red Belt: 90 Credit hours. Red to Black Belt: 100 Credit hours..

Note: TAEKWONDO Uniform & Shoes are compulsory for every student within onemonth.

80% attendance will be compulsory for every student/player to get promotion for next grade.

Taekwondo is one of the most systematic and scientific Korean traditional martial arts, that

teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing ourspirit and life through training our body and mind. Today, it has become a global sport that has

gained an international reputation, and stands among the official games in the Olympics.

Taekwondo in Pakistan

In the early 1960s "Original Masters of Taekwondo" were assigned a task for the promotion ofTaekwondo in all over the world. In continuation of same Diaspora the art was introduced in

Pakistan with the help of Korean masters and The Korean Embassy. Initially it has taken a start

in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad but with passage of time and with tireless efforts,

determination and dedication of martial arts lovers now it is proliferated all over the country.PTF has been registered with W.T.F / A.T.U in 1977 and got his membership with P.O.A and

P.S.B in 1980. The services of late Prof. Anwar Ch. and present patron in chief Mr. A.Q. Rajamust also be highlighted for their gracious contribution towards the development and promotion

of Taekwondo in the country.

Higher Education Commission &Taekwondo

Higher Education Commission is performing a very positive role to encourage TAEKWONDOand Students in Pakistan and conduct different championships like intercollegiate, intervarsity and

on national level. H.E.C first time participated in 32

National Games 2012 and got 3

rd

position. Itwas great effort and contribution of H.E.C for Taekwondo.
