Event Details for TACTICS 2014

ANDROID Workshop is a Workshop series jointly with 50 colleges from India to train studentfor IGNUS2014 competition. Prelims Rounds of TACTICS competition will be held allacross India. This is a two Stage Event as detailed below:

Stage 1- A :- (WORKSHOP ROUND to be held at college):

1. Android workshop will be held at different centers all across India.

2. All the participants who want to participate in Competition are required to attend theworkshops at any Center.3. The workshop fee includes the Registration charges, Kit, Tutorial and the certification.

4. The Duration of the Workshop will be of 2 Days(7-8 hours each day)5. The Workshop will be delivered by RoboSejugous India InfoTech Pvt. Ltd.

B :- (Zonal Round to be held at College on the second day of workshop):

1. Just after the workshop a Mega Competition will be held.

2. The entire participant will get the certificate of participant from RoboSejugous India Pvt.Ltd.

3. Winners will be awarded Certificate of Merit, and will be recognized as Zonal Finalwinner for National Level championship for TACTICS .

Stage 3(Final Round to be held at IIT-Jodhpur):

1. Winners of Zonal Centers are required to participate in the Final Round of TACTICSin the month of april-2014 at IIT-Jodhpur.

2. Winners of Zonal Centers will get the certificate of participation in the Final Round of

IGNUS by TACTICS2014 IIT Jodhpur and RoboSejugous India Pvt. Ltd. in themonth of March-2014 at IIT-Jodhpur.

3. Winner of this Final Round will win The IGNUS championship and will be certifiedand honored by TACTICS2014 IIT JODHPUR.

4. A Certificate of Excellence will also be awarded to the Winning Team.

Process guidelines for IGNUS Championship:

We want your association with us to make this championship a big success in yourcollege. A proper publicity will be done about the event at the All India Level.

Date of conducting the workshop can be finalized by telephonic conversation withCoordinator/ Secretary/authorized person from the college and RoboSejugous India team,according to the College feasibility and slots available in our calendar.

The entire workshop will be conducted at college campus. Each student participating in the workshop will get a participation certificate.

Infrastructure / Facilities required during the program:

1 seminar hall to conduct hands-on sessions for 2-Days in your college. 2 mikes, a projector Basic need of the candidate to be providing by neat white board and sober

enclosed sitting arrangement and a Computer lab.

Responsibility of an Organizer

Hospitality (2-3 days) for a team of 2-3 members.

Pick and Drop facility from the nearest railway station/bus stop/ airport.

Fees
