The New Mpress Rotary Tablet Press from PMS is based upon a proven design and is an ideal machine for R&D as well as small scale production.

This is due to its robust construction and durability, having a maximum compression force of 60kN and fitted with pre-compression and a rotary force feeder. They are manufactured to the highest standards and compliant with current GMP and CE standards

Available in two turret sizes giving an output of up to 24,000 tablets per hour (depending upon turret and tooling size).

PLC Control The fully automatic control system together with its user-friendly touch screen HMI, makes the Mpress easy to operate. It uses an industrial PLC and all CE standard components to control the entire tablet press.

The HMI can be mounted on the machine front or in a mobile stand allowing the operator full flexibility to operate the press and providing a platform for optional data output and printing devices.

Operator Access The Mpress has two large side hung doors which give complete access to all areas of the compression zone and allows easy cleaning and maintenance.

Compact design The Mpress is one of the smallest rotary tablet presses of its type, it requires minimal space and is very easy to install.

The PMS PrimaTab series of tablet presses are ergonomically designed and of quality construction built to cGMP standards.

They combine modern tablet machine technology with mechanical simplicity and robustness giving a durable and reliable machine. Designed for easy cleaning and efficient tool change-over with disassembly and re-assembly of removable parts without the use of tools. Available in three turret sizes giving an output of up to 113,400 tablets per hour (depending upon turret and tooling size).

Fitted with pre-compression and a rotary force feeder, these presses are suited to a wide variety of formulations and provide a cost effective solution for all your tableting requirements.
