Our 23 years of experience is rooted in designing, building and installing all types of creative projects to bring our client’s vision to life. EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE What began as a passionate, entrepreneurial start-up has transformed into a well-respected agency and this success stems from our ability to meet the demands of current event and design trends. We started out designing small pieces of signage for the Merchandise Mart, where we are now considered a preferred vendor. We began building a name for ourselves in our hometown of Chicago and now produce custom designs for clients overseas. These achievements have given us the knowledge and versatility to work with any size brand.

INDUSTRY & PHILANTHROPIC WORK We are Silver Sponsors of the Midwest Chapter of the EDPA (Experiential Designers Producers Association), a Non-Profit organization whose mission is to advance the interests of members engaged in the design, production, and service of exhibits, events and experiential environments. Our president, Kathy Cacciato, is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). Our CEO, Frank Cacciato held a position on the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS) Board of Directors for years and now sits on the board at Beauty Changes Lives. He is also an advocate for the cancer research organization, City of Hope. By participating in the 2013-2014 campaign initiated by P&G Professional, “Hope is in Style,” Frank was able to raise awareness of the organization’s mission. Katherine Frank Creative is also an active supporter of the Ray Graham organization in order to empower people with special needs and disabilities through employment.

Modular trade show displays are made up of pre-fabricated booth components that can be adapted for use in different settings and applications. This allows a single exhibit to be utilized in any environment by modifying the exhibit’s components to suit different-sized areas. Components can be configured and re-configured into a countless variety of sizes and shapes for different shows and all module types can be connected to one another—no restrictions! Exhibits can be increased in size by adding onto an existing exhibit to create a larger one... or a portion of a larger exhibit can be effectively used even when a smaller scale display is appropriate.

We work with you to produce the best show in the most cost effective way. Relationships with site man-agement, audio visual teams and general contractors allow us to plan your event with ease. In addition, we work with exhibitors to coordinate floor plan solutions, event schedules, and banquet event orders, taking care of all your show needs under one roof.

Our partnership with Willwork, a tier-1 event services team, gives us a presence in virtually every state across the U.S. in order to engage in small to mid-size general contracting for your event. By joining forces, we provide professional and consistent labor crews who will remain familiar with all of our clients properties. A widespread work force means we can supply efficient labor, as well as expand on interior installations and fabrication. We also have additional off-site warehouse locations which means we can store booths all over the country, minimizing shipping & transportation costs.

Your booth space is reserved and your exhibit has been built to perfection but what about setting it up? Our professional labor team provides exceptional service, from union regulations and established venue rela-tionships to industry specific rules and local laws. We will take care of it all so you don’t have to. Best of all, we do it on-time, on-budget and not to mention, we’re a fun group to hang out with.

Your dedicated account executive will assist you from beginning to end of the event. When show time rolls around, consider them your go-to person to oversee all aspects of the install, dismantle, arrival of crates, coordination with our labor team and all other show service personnel to ensure everything runs smoothly during the course of the event.

Your show supervisor will stay with you to guide on-site labor and work with our sub-contractors as nec-essary to guarantee a successful exhibiting experience. Our supervisors are consistently assigned to the same customers to offer the best, most personalized service.

With a combined office and climate-controlled warehouse space of over 25,000 feet, we are well-equipped to house your exhibit and all components so your booth will be kept safe until it’s time to make its next appearance on show site. We provide transportation of your exhibit materials to the facility and back here after the event. At that time, we will inspect all parts and pieces for damage and alert you if any repairs are necessary before the next show.
