Description:The Laurier Insulated Bulbous Probe is a two-pieceprobe.The stem is fifty thousandths in diameterby one-half inch long.This size is the industrystandard,and will fit most push-in holders. It ismade of brass and plated with gold for betterconductivity.The blade is made of high quality 304surgical stainless steel and is attached to the stemby means of a four-indent crimp which locks thetwo parts together permanently. The blade isground to exacting taper for flexabilty and strengthwhile the tip is left larger and conical in shape. Theblade is then highly polished to a mirror finish.Prior to shipping, all insulated probes are heat ster-ilized and packed on a protective plastic insert.
