LEVI STRAUSS Levi Strauss was a German businessman who founded the first

company to manufacture blue jeans. His firm, Levi Strauss & Co., began in 1853 in San Francisco, California. Born February 26, 1829 in Buttenheim as Löb Strauss, died August 26, 1902 in San Francisco. Levi Strauss was born in Buttenheim on February 26-1829, in the region of Bavaria, Germany. At the age of 18, Strauss, his mother and two sisters traveled to the United.

Levi Strauss & Co. also known as Levi's, is a clothing company known worldwide for its Levi's brand of denim jeans.

In late 1872 Jacob Davis, Nevada tailor started making men's work pants with metal points of strain for greater strength. He wanted to patent the process but needed a business helper, so he turned to Levi Strauss, from whom he purchased some of his fabric. On May 20, 1873, Strauss and Davis received United States patent for using copper rivets to strengthen the pockets of denim work pants.

MARK ZUCKERBERGMark Elliot Zuckerberg (born May 14, 1984) is an American computer

programmer and internet entrepreneur. He is best known as one of five co-founders of the social networking website Facebook. As of April 2013, Zuckerberg is the chairman and chief executive of Facebook, and in 2013 his personal wealth was estimated to be US$13.3 billion. Together with his college roommates and fellow Harvard University students Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes, Zuckerberg launched Facebook from Harvard's dormitory rooms. The group then introduced Facebook onto other campuses nationwide and moved to Palo Alto, California, United States (U.S.) shortly afterwards. In 2007, at the age of twenty-three years, Zuckerberg became a billionaire as a result of Facebookand the number of Facebook users worldwide reached a total of one billion in 2012. Zuckerberg was involved in various legal disputes that were initiated by others in the group, who claimed a share of the company based upon their involvement during the development phase of Facebook.

MARTIN COOPERMartin "Marty" Cooper (born December 26, 1928 in Chicago) is a pioneer and

visionary in the wireless communications industry. With eleven patents in the field, he is widely regarded as one of the leading inventors of our time and recognized as an innovator in radio spectrum management. While at Motorola in the 1970s, Cooper conceived the first handheld mobile phone and led the team that developed it and brought it to market. He is considered the "father of the cell phone" and is also cited as the first person in history to make a hand held cellular phone call in public.

JOHN LOGIE BAIRD John Logie Baird (14 August 1888 – 14 June 1946) was a Scottish engineer

and inventor of the world's first practical, publicly demonstrated television system, and also the world's first fully electronic colour television tube. He is often known as "the father of television". Although Baird's electromechanical system was eventually displaced by purely electronic systems, Baird's early successes demonstrating working television broadcasts and his color and cinema television work earn him a prominent place in television's invention. In 2002, Logie Baird was ranked number 44 in the BBC's list of the "100 Greatest Britons" following a UK-wide vote.
