THE DEVELOPERS

Schneefalke is a joint development of Andermatt

Swiss Alps and SWISS PROPERTY. Andermatt is

a year-round holiday destination in the heart of

the Swiss Alps. The Andermatt Swiss Alps resort

is currently being developed. Once complete, it

will include six 4 and 5-star hotels, 490 apart-

ments in 42 buildings, ca. 25 chalets, convention

facilities, an indoor swimming facility and an

18-hole golf course. In addition, the Andermatt

and Sedrun ski areas are being merged into the
