Niklas Green is the Construction Managing Director of GreenCore Interiors and a Construction Industry veteran with 21 years industry experience. Niklas has delivered numerous quality projects, most recently The Eastwood Hotel ($4m).

Prior to GreenCore, Nick worked for the construction company ICMG for 5 years and Fugen for over 7 years in a project management capacity, delivering works up to $7m before starting his own company which he has been running now for over 13 years, being responsible for numerous high end fitouts and developing a strong reputation for his level of quality.

Brendan Stout started in the construction industry in 2010. In this period of time Brendan has demonstrated a strong commitment to projects and teams which has resulted in him being involved in high profile projects.Brendan has strong communication skills, a hard work ethic, and a breadth of understanding following his involvement in a diversity of projects across numerous sectors. Brendan has an acute attention to detail and has proven to be reliant and trustworthy.

BRUCE LEI JINSITE MANAGER

Bruce Lei Jin is the Site Manager of Green-core Interiors and a construction industry veteran with 30+ years industry experience.

Bruce has been involved in numerous quality projects including Eastwood Hotel, Cedars Tavern, Pennant Hills Day surgery, Royal Hotel Granville, The Infants Home Ashfield, Wattle Grove Hotel, Landmark Hotel, Chapman Planning Office and many more.

Bruce has a good attention to detail and has proven to be a reliant, trustworthy on all projects he has been involved in.

Bruce has a hard work ethic and a breadth of understanding following his involvement in a diversity of projects across numerous sectors.

Olga excels in the ever-changing construction industry whilst always going that extra mile.

As a mother of two boys Olga manages to balance her work and family life, she also attends various school functions and assists with fundraising events.

In her spare time, Olga likes to cook and play the piano.

EMILY OEI CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

Emily was employed by Greencore due to her commitment, drive to succeed, strong communication skills and dedicated nature. Since joining Greencore Interiors, these attributes have become evident and in turn Emily has quickly gained the respect of her fellow team members.Emily has shown her potential through her ability to adapt to our systems and procedures and become an established contracts administrator.

Emily has also been able to quickly develop strong subcontractor relationships and has shown and proactive and dedicated approach to achieving deliverables. As a result, Emily has been involved in number of important projects which have included strong live environment components, working across very sensitive facilities such as hospitals and schools. On these projects Emily has played a vital part of the project team which have provided a high quality delivery resulting in happy clients and future work.

Emily has a degree in Civil Engineering and Engineering Practice from the University of Technology in Sydney which has provided her with a strong technical and structural knowledge of construction processes.

The works included demolition of current structures and fixtures, patching and painting of partition walls, new carpets to all areas, new lighting, relocation of electrical services and new data and power points, replacing mechanical ventilation. The office was also fully furnished with commercial contemporary furnishings and fixtures. Company signage was ordered and placed on the outside of the panoramic windows and the glass doors.All works were conducted in accordance with SWM NSW.

Green-core provided floor plans of the proposed renovation where the client was presented with various floor plans concepts. The works included demolition of current structures and fixtures, patching and painting of partition walls, new aluminium and glass partitions, new carpets to all areas, new lighting, relocation of electrical services and new data and power points, replacing mechanical ventilation. The office was also fully furnished with commercial contemporary furnishings and fixtures. All works were conducted in accordance with SWM NSW.

Project Overview: Green-core was engaged to complete various major external and internal upgrades and refurbishment works to the various areas of the hotel including the main bar area, gaming facilities, TAB area, the restaurant, beer garden, new kitchen facilities with custom built in state of the art commercial stainless steel appliances, new WCs to all areas, including demolition of existing structures and finishes, installation of new roofing, structural works to all walls, floors and doors including metalwork, stonework, extensive tiling works, carpentry, plasterboard, timber flooring, restructuring of the existing amenities and installation of new furnishings consisting of new curtains, blinds, live and artificial plants, landscaping of the external areas. Redcape Hotel Group managed the upgrade of the mechanical services.

The internal works included installation of a new kitchen with built in appliances, new staff and toddler bathrooms, staff amenities including an electrical upgrade to all facilities and installation of new air-conditioning systems and fans, replacing the old ceiling with plasterboard throughout, installation of new childproof gates, also painting works throughout the building to the existing walls, doors, and verandas
