Niklas Green is the Construction Managing Director of GreenCore Interiors and a Construction Industry veteran with 21 years industry experience. Niklas has delivered numerous quality projects, most recently The Eastwood Hotel ($4m).

Prior to GreenCore, Nick worked for the construction company ICMG for 5 years and Fugen for over 7 years in a project management capacity, delivering works up to $7m before starting his own company which he has been running now for over 13 years, being responsible for numerous high end fitouts and developing a strong reputation for his level of quality.

Bruce Lei Jin is the Site Manager of Green-core Interiors and a construction industry veteran with 30+ years industry experience.

Bruce has been involved in numerous quality projects including Eastwood Hotel, Cedars Tavern, Pennant Hills Day surgery, Royal Hotel Granville, The Infants Home Ashfield, Wattle Grove Hotel, Landmark Hotel, Chapman Planning Office and many more.

After graduating with the Master of Arts, Olga worked in global market economies in countries like Russia and the USA before coming to Australia.

She is highly experienced in all aspects of administration, digital media communications, and marketing.

Having worked in the digital media and educational industries in the past, Olga’s background includes successfully building a high performing Digital Media Business.

Olga excels in the ever-changing construction industry whilst always going that extra mile.

As a mother of two boys Olga manages to balance her work and family life, she also attends various school functions and assists with fundraising events.

In her spare time, Olga likes to cook and play the piano.

EMILY OEI CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

Emily was employed by Greencore due to her commitment, drive to succeed, strong communication skills and dedicated nature. Since joining Greencore Interiors, these attributes have become evident and in turn Emily has quickly gained the respect of her fellow team members.Emily has shown her potential through her ability to adapt to our systems and procedures and become an established contracts administrator.

Emily has also been able to quickly develop strong subcontractor relationships and has shown and proactive and dedicated approach to achieving deliverables. As a result, Emily has been involved in number of important projects which have included strong live environment components, working across very sensitive facilities such as hospitals and schools. On these projects Emily has played a vital part of the project team which have provided a high quality delivery resulting in happy clients and future work.

Emily has a degree in Civil Engineering and Engineering Practice from the University of Technology in Sydney which has provided her with a strong technical and structural knowledge of construction processes.
