OUR BACKGROUND

Excel Technologies Ltd. is one of the diversified business houses of Royal Group

which was founded by Late Horkishore Saha in 1964 at Chaumuhani,

Noakhali. Excel Technologies Ltd. started its journey in the ICT sector of

Bangladesh with focus on the import and distribution of computer hardware

and peripherals. Besides, the company has also been providing extensive

customized Networking & Security solutions for businesses, industries and

home-users alike.

Every Royal Group company operates independently. Each of these

companies has its own board of directors and shareholders, to whom it is

accountable.

Excel maintains a proper distribution channel throughout the country having one

or more Master Distributor in all seven Divisions of Bangladesh.

Around 80% business of Excel follows B2B business synergy and the rest 20%

focuses B2C with an intention to maintain interaction with the end-user.

Under each Master Distributor, there are multiple vendors and retailers operating

successfully nationwide.

Excel maintains a quarterly performance appraisal of its channel partners and

vendor classes that are redefined according to their performance and best five

are awarded accordingly.

Excel follows the Aggressive Marketing Strategy in case of product pricing,

promotion, distribution and after sales service, which refers “maximizing sales via

minimizing profit” as this is a perfectly elastic market.

Excel is determined to provide prompt after sales service under which it supports

replacement &/or repairing. Under a warranty period of one (1) year for all its

products we are well-equipped to address any of our product issues.
