75% deposit of the purchase price when making the order and finishing off the balance upon delivery of the product.

2. Payment methods: our payment methods are cash in person, F n B e-wallet, airtel money, zanaco xapit, or through our zanaco company

account (account number will be sent to you on request)

3. Delivery – all our products are sold on order basis and take 3 weeks to arrive. We make our orders once a week on a Wednesday and

you will receive the product three weeks after that. Depending on the product purchased some may take less than 3 weeks and if there

are any delays we will inform you of the delay and ask for a further one week to sort it out. If we are unable to sort out the delay, we will

give you a complete refund of your order.

4. Returns – we only accept returns if the item is damaged on delivery.
