CTP (computer to plate) We use the latest technology CTP equipment for prepress, format B0, which enables the best quality produc-tion and complicated graphical design. The Prepress Department for graphic preparation is able to produce the newest graphic design in a very short time based on the customer’s request.

METAL SHEET CUTTING The plant is equipped with high technology line LITTELL for cutting metal sheets from coils.

Average working capacity of each line separately is 4.500 sheets per hour. Metal sheets with thickness of 0.14 – 0.5 mm, minimum size of 500 x 700 mm and maximum of 1100 x 950 mm can be printed. By our own techni-cal and design preparation, we have a completed process from conceptual design up to offset plate making. Tin plate coating and printing services are rendered to clients as well, and they are intended for packaging/wrap-ping industry’s needs regarding food products and technical contents.

METAL SHEET LITHOGRAPHY Two high-productive coating lines and two lines for printing on tin plate and aluminium sheet are installed for metal sheet varnishing and printing. Only lacquers of the best known global producers, resistant to pasteuriza-tion and sterilization, are used for varnishing. Quality control is equipped with modern equipment, which guar-antees continuous, high quality of products.

METAL SHEET COATING Two lines for coating, one for tin plate sheets and one for aluminum sheets are installed. Only the lacquers of the best known global producers, resistant to pasteurization and sterilization, are used for varnishing. It is possible to coat metal sheets thickness from 0,14 to 0,5 mm minimal dimension 500 x 700 mm and maximum 1100 x 950 mm.

ALUMINIUM CAPS PRODUCTION According to constant investments in equipment and production capacity, Galeb Metal Pack has a very fast and modern press for deep drawn caps which uses for stel-cap production.

Our modern five-color line for the lateral printing of aluminium caps will allow us to make any graph-ic design according to your needs and wishes.

The latest investment is a new line of a high capacity for assembling and rolling machine of the well known manufacturer Bortolin Kemo.The line is for production of all dimensions of stel-cap program, with all kinds of inserts.

ALUMINIUM CAPS Aluminium caps are used for closing of glass bottles filled with mineral and natural waters, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, pharmaceutical and technical contents, juices. Caps are packed in polyethylene bags and five-layer cardboard boxes. The way of packing disables contamination of caps. Caps have certificate of health safety. Caps are delivered with sealants made of expanded polyethylene or with dosage safety valve.

Aluminium closures ”Stel-cap” are used for closing glass bottles filled with alcoholic beverages, wine and other drinks. Closures are packed in polyethylene bags and five-layer cardboard boxes. Closures have health safety certificate.

CROWN CORKS Caps are internally protected with a coater which is resistant to the content with which the bottles are filled. Caps are externally protected with special varnishers. At customer’s request, caps are printed in several colors. Lacquers and inks are resistant to pasteurization and sterilization conditions. Crown caps are used for closing of glass bottles filled with alcohol (up to 15% of alcohol), non-alcoholic beverages and technical contents. Caps are packed optionally into cardboard boxes, octabines and metal containers. Caps have health safety certificate.
