A F ebruary to Remember

This month has flown by for us at Tabitha Ministries. We hada great month making many new friends. Our 6 new internsfrom Tear Fund started this month. We had a great VBS withthe team from Grove Level Baptist Church. There was a greatouting to the beach and a water park day at Hilton Baptist.

Our boys played a real live cricket match on the big fields intown. All month we continued to share the love of Christ onhome visits in Sweetwaters and told the world what Christhas done to rescue us!

M oses came to theH ope Centre

Grove Level Baptist Church fromDalton, Georgia came to the HopeCentre the last week of Februaryand put on a wonderful VBS. Thekids heard about the life of Moses,learned lots of new verses andsongs and got new Bibles at theend of the week.

The Tear Fund Interns are H ere!On Feb 2 nd, we got 6 new awesome interns from the UK for3 months at the Hope Centre. These talented Christians aresharing the love of Christ by leading the children in morningand evening devotions daily, going on home visits inSweetwaters and are spreading the love of Christ in ourschool as they tutor and monitor the kids in their classes.

L ocal Volunteers H ard at Work

We have been blessed this month with a lot of local SouthAfrican Christians coming to the Hope Centre to donate theirtime and talents to help with our renovations. Melanie Roodhas been vital in bringing her small group to help refurnish thenew boy s dorm lockers. She also organized a wonderful groupof talented local artists who used their talents to paint beautifulmurals for the boys lounge. We thank you all so very much!

Busy Little Tabi tha Beeson Outings

We had a lot of fun this month onoutings. The boys played theirfirst real Cricket match at theOval. We also went to the DurbanBeach, had a slip and slide party,had Water park day at HiltonBaptist and had cooking lessonson Thursday with the McKays.
