In general in domestic all done with autom ation.Responsible for all aircraft whether primary or transponding. H andoff and point out radarterms. In oceanic no such thing. Everything is verbal in oceanic.Normally do an automated handoff (preferred). Y ou'd do a point out if you were going toclip someone else airspace, but not necessarily transfer communicationft.. ,A re such things as automated point outs but generally not used here. Need more refinedproceduresKennedy IS a high and low position. From surface to unlimited. Un ique to NYStill have Tracon positions, but that sector owns all the airspace.56 has space delegated to Tracon.

Cleveland has package for 93 .At one point all three were in ZNY airspace.
