You are probably aware of this, but just in case-The Aviation SecurityImprovement Act of 1990 (PL 101-604) required the intelligenceagencies to develop policies and procedures to ensure thatintelligence reports concerning international terrorism were/are madeavailable to the other members of the intelligence community, the DoT,and the FAA. It would be interesting to ask the Intell agencies whatspecifically were the policies and procedure they developed to complywith the act (as well as how each defined "reports."). Hope this isuseful.
