WHY IS THERE A NEED FOR THE CHANGE?
More effective use of Homeroom PeriodNeed time in schedule to help with RTI
Cut 3-5 minutes off each class to add 12-20 minutes to Homeroom PeriodUse extra time to provide RTI interventions/servicesMove homeroom period to earlier in day to be more effective
