THE PROJECT Implement end-to-end ICT system to streamline work and info flow from all the stages construction projects, including: on-site and in-office functions and related communication between field sites, and in-office accounting/HR, project managers, and cost estimators. We would analyze business processes; design, implement, and deploy an ICT system; train employees in the use. The system would be implemented in EXCEL using its advance features and VBA programming to collect data, apply cost analytics, and provide reports to management, HR, and field supervisor; and integrate with QuickBooks.
