Smoking can cause illnesses such as coughing and breathing problems and also heart problems.

While you are in hospital, youare not allowed to smoke anywhere inside or in thegrounds. Lighters and tobaccomust be handed in to staff.

Help is hereThe staff will offer you NRT support and information tohelp you stop smoking.

Vaping is allowed in ward gardens and hospital grounds.

Make a plan to stop smoking. The ward staffand doctor will help you.You will feel healthier.Keep busy, and do some exercise.

You will be able to save yourmoney and treat yourself tosomething nice.

Smoking does not smell nice.
