Introduction First of all, we can say that official statistical

data in China are credible generally and the quality is guaranteed fundamentally. But it does not mean that no issues of statistical data distortion can exist currently. Then, what is the reason of statistical data distortion?

1 The more complication of statistical objects, the more difficulty in surveys

2 The lagging of the reform in the system of statistical methods

2.1 The monotonousness and cumbersomeness of the survey methods

2.2 Heavy structural problems existing in the statistical indicator system

2.3 Incomplete statistical scopes 2.4 Lacking of a scientific, complete and

regulative system of statistical data quality assessing and controlling
