Synoptique Launch Party March 2, 2013 Co-hosted by FSAC Transitions and Translations Graduate Colloquium & Synoptique The Film and Moving Image Studies Doctoral Students’ Association (FDSA) in partnership with the Concordia Graduate Film Studies Student Association (CGFSSA) jubilantly announces the re-launching of Synoptique as Synoptique: An Online Journal of Film and Moving Image Studies, an editorially-reviewed, bilingual journal housed at the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema, at Concordia University in Montréal. To celebrate the upcoming release of Synoptique’s first issue as an editorially reviewed journal, the journal is co-sponsoring the Translations and Translations Evening Reception on Saturday, March 2 nd . All are invited to attend this free event, as we toast to Synoptique’s success. Synoptique: An Online Journal of Film and Moving Image Studies focuses on cutting-edge research on film, television, new media and a variety of other visual cultural artifacts.
