INTRODUCTION ABOUT THE TOPICS:

The financial statements provide some extremely useful information to the extent

that the balance sheet mirrors the financial position on a particular date in terms of

the structure of assets, liabilities and owners’ equity, and so on and the profit an

loss account shows the results of operations during a certain period of time in

terms of the revenues obtained and the cost incurred during the year.

i. To analyze the liquidity solvency position of the firm.ii. To study the working capital management of the company.

iii. To understand the profitability position of the firm.iv. To assess the factors influencing the financial performance of the

Financial forecasting and planning. Communicate the strength and financial standing of the firm For effective control of business.

METHODOLOGY OF THE STUDY:

The study evaluates the financial performance one of the company with help of the

most appropriate tool of financial analysis like ratio analysis and comparative

balance sheet. Hence, it is essentially fact finding study.

COLLECTION OF DATA:

In this study collection of data is based on both the primary and secondary data.

Primary data will be collected with help of guidance under the finance staff

or interview with finance manager.

Secondary data will be collected with the help journals, newspapers, internet

surfing etc.
