Synergy would focus on training individuals on project management concepts and software tools such as Microsoft Office Project, MSP Server, Primavera, and Primavera Web. The courses will be offered at all company-owned CADD Centres located in cities, and six exclusive training facilities, to be setup in the next 12 months, across India. The School is expected to train over 10,000 project management professionals every year. Commenting about the launch of Synergy, Mr S Karaiadi Selvan, Director, CADD Centre Training Services Private Limited, said that the demand for project management skills to plan, organise and manage resources is increasing in India as business organisations are realising the need for a professional and scientific approach to save cost and increase the success rate of infrastructure and industry projects. Various studies show that about two thirds of projects that account for one third of the Worlds GDP fail because of the lack of Project Management Skills, he said and added that some of the prime advantages of having a good Project Management Team for a company include: Realistic Budgeting, Resource Estimation, Testing Methods, Better Communication, and Effective Risk Management that keep the pace of production high, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
