We are a brand new call center based in the heart of the Philippines, Metropolitan Manila and was established last January 2010 with only few accounts started. First Synergy Global Center Phil Co was originally established by an American Investor from USA California and continued by the Operations Director and now creating a big impact in the Business Processing Outsourcing industry. We are expanding in a very short time simply because of the quality of services that we provide and excellent customer service that we give both to our clients and customers. All of our agents are highly motivated to do their job because of the competitive compensation and the great working environment.

Im one of the agents of First Synergy Global Center Phil Co and been here since its started. I can say that the atmosphere working here is excellent and the training and support they give to their agents are exceptional. I can never compare First Synergy to other centers that I worked with. We only started with 20 English Speaking Agents and now we have 50 English Speaking Agents who are working hard to give excellent service for both outbound and inbound accounts and we can expand our territory up to 100 seats. We are not a big call center but our hearts are as big as veteran and stabled call center in the Philippines.

As a member of BPO we are strictly following procedures that make us competitive when it comes to compensation given to all employees. We also have enough equipments to support the hardware and software requirements. We have the best agents that can speak and communicate well with English Language.

3D INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGYOur product is very simple and straight forward; its a decorator tool that lets the user draw, design and share with others their current or future home in a research or trial phase before making a decision to buy. What we do to help achieve that goal is to:1. develop the product as a 3D model;2. incorporate that 3D model in a decorator tool on the manufacturing customers website; and3. publish the product on a central portal so that the manufacturers customers can find and evaluate the product before they buy it.
