Symptoms: 1. Lack of mental clarity and decreased cognitive ability. 2. Easily confused when hurried or under pressure. 3. Light headedness or dizziness when rising rapidly from a sitting or lying position. 4. Chronic fatigue that is not usually relieved even after long hours of sleep. 5. Restlessness and lack of concentration. 6. Irritability and depression. 7. Difficulty waking up in the morning. 8. Difficulty falling asleep at night. 9. Sleep disturbances and lethargy after waking up in the morning. 10. Hypersensitivity to bright light and severe fatigue after staring at a television or a LCD screen. 11. Frequent episodes of intestinal bloating often accompanied by diarrhea or indigestion especially after prolonged stress. 12. Cold hands and feet in winters. 13. Persistent weight loss. 14. Hyper-pigmentation in areas of skin subjected to mild or moderate friction. Post acne lesions tend to get hyper- pigmented easily. Under eye dark circles which tend to become prominent after stress. 15. Periods of remission and exacerbation of inflammatory skin rashes (skin flaking) attributed to seborrheic dermatitis (diagnosed by a skin specialist) especially during dry and cold weather conditions (winters). 16. Persistent acne. 17. Petechiae or purpuric haemorrhages (diagnosed by a physician). 18. Elevated Bilirubin levels (confirmed by laboratory tests). 19. Striae on shoulders, arms, hips and buttocks. 20. Diffuse hair loss. 21. History of Gynaecomastia (which was surgically resolved).
