Competition Rules

• Referee’s are focused on the Laws of the Game

• Competition Rules are to be implemented by Teams

• Can’t agree?

• Don’t involve the Referee

• Home Team’s view will prevail.

• Escalate to SJRU on Monday.

• Regardless of start time – all matches must finish on-time to allow subsequent matches to run to schedule. This often means shortening a game.

Forfeits and Changes

• Please advise Kerry ASAP of any Forfeits or Changes to your match schedule

• Referees are often last to discover games have been moved or cancelled. Often when they arrive at the empty ground!

Complaints• Don’t take it out on the Referee on the day

• Complete the Referee Feedback form

• Available on SJRU Web Site http://juniors.rugby.com.au

• Provide balanced review of referee performance

• Club President MUST Sign Off

• Return to your local Referee District Association

• District Association will Review and Provide Written Feedback

• Positive Feedback is also welcome!
