- Recourses are being used well.

- The college management is quite up to the mark.

- Very less expensive in compare to TU and KU.

- All the labs are available and are in good condition for studying

Management subjects.

- Both the male and female students are equally treated.

- Friendly, cooperative and supportive staff.

- High enrolment.

- Provides a lot of opportunities in building the students' confidence.

- No political interference.

b) WEAKNESS

The teaching method is old and rusted.

Many of the computers in the lab are not in good condition.

Library books are not enough to meet the needs of the subject.

C) OPPORTUNITIES

First college running BBA program in Mid-west Region.

Comparatively Provides good opportunities to its student as compare to other Institution do.

The high level of interest in department programs provides an opportunity to translate high student demand into more selective admission

The department faculty are very diverse with well developed international networks that can be used to develop student study abroad opportunities.

D) THREATS

High drop out.

Teacher competency is not enough to meet the needs of the modern epoch.

Other resources are replacing teacher.

There is no competition in the market therefore college can veer from its

‘Motto’ (monopoly).Student growth has reached a point whereby have no spare capacity (facilities and faculty) to meet changing needs and demands.External threats, large number of proprieties, and limited funding can potentially create internal tension over limited resources.

Guest lecture should be managed in proper time

Tour and picnic plan should be made in time without hampering in the study.

Relationship should be maintain with industries and organization so to make successful and fruitful industrial tour.
