SWOT Analysis Strengths 1. Flexible hours- Extended hours in the evening and open on Saturday 2. Metro areas located in Vancouver, Gresham and Tigard. 3. Five different services, a. MRI, b. CT, c. UltraSound, d. X- ray and e. Interventional Radiology procedure. 4. Open-Advanced MRI for patients up to 500 lbs. 5. Deliver a comfortable, professional and compassionate environment. 6. Interventional Radiology for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (pain management). Weakness 1. Non-hospital setting and limited professional staff. 2. Takes 24-48 hours for the physicians to receive the radiologist report. 3. Need doctor referrals for the procedures. 4. Do not have immediate emergency care for emergency, allergic reactions to the contrast dye or critically ill patients. 5. Not all facilities are open 24/7 or first thing in the morning. 6. The three facilities might not have the same equipment for the patients. 7. Insurance limitations, i.e. not covered by Kaiser health insurance plan.

- Return time for the reports is too long.

- Unable to compete with bigger facilities, i.e. hospitals or bigger clinics.

Limitations of the marketing and Public Relations strategy, effect of social media is restricted because health care is very specific in their boundaries, i.e. patients of Kaiser insurance could only use Kaiser clinics.
