Parelli is an international program with students in more than 73 countries. The Campus used to be called the International Study Center (ISC) and in the past 20 years has attracted students from countries such as Australia, Italy, and Zimbabwe.

For the first ever in the Spring of 2016, we were able to offer a Horsemanship Course taught in Spanish at the Florida Parelli Campus. Three star Parelli Professional Alejandra Gonzalez from Costa Rica and Pat’s Protégée and three star Parelli Professional and Horse Development Specialist from Switzerland Elli Pospischil were the two Spanish speaking instructors for this novelty course.

Thanks to Alejandra’s promotional efforts in her country, we were able to welcome a group of students from Costa Rica for an eventful week. The students all got to lease Pat’s personal horses, and thanks to Principle Seven, everybody made huge progress.

Highlights of the course include: a private dinner party with Pat and Linda Parelli, swimming the horses across the pond, playing at Liberty, riding bareback and bridleless, and some private coaching sessions with Pat. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that kind of fun that brings so many people from different countries come together as a family for lots of laughter and learning?

Alejandra and Elli are looking forward to teaming up for more courses taught in Spanish as well as Portuguese at the Parelli Campus in February and March of 2017. Elli will also be teaching a Horsemanship Course in German at the Florida Parelli Campus in March 2017.
