2. Industry Segment: 71% Developers / Installers; 18% Distributors; 6% EPC firms;6% manufacturer with system development operations.

3. Seniority: 47% mid-level independent contributors; 35% entry-level employees; 12% management level; 6% director level.

4. Education: 53% employers require a Bachelor’s degree; 48% did not specify educational requirements for this position.

5. Experience: 35% employers require 2-5 years experience; 18% 5-7 years; 12% 7-10 years relevant professional experience.

The Ugly: There are RequirementsSolar and Renewable Energy Job Realities:

1. It is growing faster (40% CAGR) than most other industry segments.

2. But it is still only 2% of the total energy mix.
