Working on web based ERP application functionality testing for variousVisionSoft Customers. Currently Automating the Functional Test cases for a

reputed retail chains web based Customer Relationship Management(CRM) application. This application includes around 60 Forms and more then30 Custom Reports. Completed Manually Integration testing of the newweb based CRM application with the existing legacy Sales and Accountingapplication.The CRM application is developed in Java and uses Open Source software.This application is setup on Oracle 10g for the Clients request.This application is helping the client to move from Client/Server to Webbased CRM. This is reducing the cost, providing custom on-demand reports,enabling field agents to support client 24/7 and improve customersupport. This application has already helped the client to rollout new

marketing campaign in the half the time of previous on-premise legacy CRM.

Responsibilities

Reviewed Software Requirement Specification to prepare Testcases based on the Test Plans prepared by myself and approvedby project manager.

Prepare and execute test cases for different module in MercuryQuality Center. AlsoUsed QC for Defect reporting.

Wrote Test cases and Test scripts for the functional Testingagainst Functional Requirement Specification.
