History

Sway was developed internally by Microsoft. In late 2014, the company announced a preview version of Sway as an invitation-only preview and announced that Sway will not require an Office 365 subscription. By the summer 2015, Microsoft had made the program publicly available. On 31 October 2015, the iOS app was released as a preview; it is now available worldwide.There are 39 languages present in this program.
