• All Packages are subject to availability.

• Christmas residential and New Year events require a non-refundable deposit of £30.00 per person with remaining non-refundable balance due by 4th November 2013.

• All monies paid in advance are strictly NoN-rEFuNDAlE and cannot be used to pay for any other goods or services. Party organisers are requested to inform everyone in the party of this policy.

• Any bookings made after 4th November 2013 require full immediate non-refundable payment.

• Prices quoted are inclusive of vAT at the current rate at the time of booking and are subject to alteration should the vAT rate change.

• All Christmas Day bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £30.00 per person with remaining non-refundable balance due by 4th November 2013.

• All Party Night bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 14 days pending a non-refundable deposit of £17.00 Per person. remaining non-refundable balance is due by 4th November 2013.

• All prices and information were correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notice.

• The Management reserves the right to amalgamate parties or move events to a smaller room to ensure optimum numbers.

• Should beverages be brought into the hotel by guests attending any of the events they will be charged corkage at the relevant corkage fee. or, alternatively, the beverages will be held by the Hotel Management and returned to the guests after the event.

• Tables are allocated to accommodate guests within our banqueting Suite and if necessary guests will be allocated seating with other parties.

• All special diets should be notified to the hotel at least 14 working days before the event.

• The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to escort a guest off the premises whose behaviour is inappropriate.

• The Hotel shall not be liable for any breach of the Terms and Conditions or delay or failure in providing services as a result of causes beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) war, terrorism, acts of God, snow, fire, floods, strikes, delays in transportation, failure of services or inability to obtain any necessary information or consent from any authority.
