SATURATION DIVING Our services provided through our diving support vessel, NPP Nusantara, include diving operations for the offshore oil production platforms and installations, including complex underwater repairs, inspections, construction works, well intervention and many other subsea projects. Support features include a 50T AHC crane, 15-man saturation diving system with SPHL, 3-man diving bell through the moon pool, a sizeable clear deck and mezzanine deck space, up to 120 pax accommodation, an air dive system, capability to support a full ROV spread, full survey and inspection suite on-board.

MEO offers a plug-and-play arrangement for dive/ROV contractors. Our vessels have the ability to provide a fully integrated dive operation, which allow us to support complex dive/ROV scopes. Our vessels are also fitted with several meeting rooms/offices for clients use.

ROV SUPPORT Our R-series and E-series ROV Support/IRM DP2 vessels have been modified to best support ROV, air dive and cable lay support projects. They are equipped with computer-controlled, precise, position-keeping capabilities with added redundancy features, such as multiple reference systems (DGPS, HiPAP, Tautwire, Radius, Cyscan).

These DP-2 vessels can be outfitted for cable laying, air diving support, offshore construction support, salvage assignments and dredging operations. Other projects include pipe / cable laying survey support, the installation of fibre optic cables for telecoms, and umbilical installation in the offshore oil and gas industry.

OBC / OBN LAYING OPERATIONS The use of ocean-bottom cable (OBC) laying vessels provide high quality seismic data and clear reservoir images to guide each phase of field development. Operation of ocean-bottom node (OBN) laying vessels (“node on a string”) using a thin steel wire (or fibre rope) at speeds of up to 6 knots mean our DP2 fleet is well-equipped to support OBC and OBN operations across multiple regions.

GEOTECHNICAL OPERATIONSOur specialised vessels can be utilised to support offshore geotechnical drilling operations.

Several integrated investigation methods can be carried out from the vessels, including seabed and downhole in-situ testing and sampling. Several vessels have geotechnical drilling towers installed, moon pools, 4-point mooring systems or dynamic positioning (DP) station-holding capability and maintain on-board soil testing laboratories.

SEISMIC SUPPORT OPERATIONSOur seismic support vessels are designed to support seismic vessels like the “Voyager Explorer”. The services provided by MEO’s seismic support vessels makes it feasible for the seismic source vessel to stay in production for as long as required, and handles the supply of provisions and seismic equipment, bunker operations, (emergency) towings, crew transfers and chase boat duties.

SEISMIC SOURCE 2D / 3D OPERATIONSThe MEO fleet comprises of several seismic vessels, ranging from Source, 2D and 3D capabilities to seismic support and OBC/OBN laying vessels. For years, MEO has partnered with the leading providers of seismic operations to carry out projects in the industry to deliver reliable, safe and cost effective acquisition globally. The “Voyager Explorer” is designed for shallow water operations worldwide, with 4 x 6000m, 2 x 12000m, 1 x 12000m streamers to conduct Source, 2D and 3D acquisitions.
