Criteria Theme: Scarecrows should be made from recycled and reused colourful household materials. Be weather resistant. Size: Scarecrows must be free standing and fit through a door. Optional: Movement (eg wind assisted) will add to the effect. Categories 1. Primary (under 13 years) 2. Open (13 - 100 years) Judging People’s Choice. Voting closes 1.20pm Scarecrow with most votes received at the launch will win.
