quality issue. Assemble proto vehicle as per requirements as well as condition of supply by help of

authorized drawings Provide on-Site support for all major built events, until successful completion of built Then modification as well as BOM correction. Then test proto vehicle i.e. Engine, wheel alignment, axle alignment, Head lamp focus & all

complicated issues, modifications. Co-ordinate with engineering community, built team, supplier & buyers on all changes

requests, rework &retrofit until completion vehicle testing.Bill of Material Development & validation

Create complete list of BOM as per vehicle specifications/variants & buildable combination. Maintain 100% BOM accuracy by actively involving in change control meeting with

engineering, releasing & purchase team. BOM to validation & maintain change log for late addition, deletion, rework, part change

notification. Fitment or part wise issue s to ERC & STD1 as well as cost roll up list of materials.

Axle, Gear box, Engine Assembly Section As per customer requirements some country wants disassemble axle, gear box & engine. As per pre BOM, we collect relative parts and assemble & test in VBE i.e. prototype Then prepare master BOM for the dispatching process.

Training & Development Being the master trainer for the department, have the responsibility to train all new

comers & other team members on need basis.
