The hull above the water line including the decks, superstructure,flying bridge and boat deck were found to be inexcellent condition including paint work with the exception of the radar arch where it is mounted on both port andstarboardsidesshowsfiberglasscracks.

FORE DECK

The fore deckconsistsof heavy duty bow roller and anchorand electric windlass,heavy duty cleats, a flush fore peakhatch, washdownoutlets, large bell, storage,and sun loungecushions.The fore deck hasstainlesssteel stanchionsandhand rails abovebulwarks. Four inte&aJ decklockers anddeck light; Side decksport and starboard,washdown system.

FLYING BRIDGE

The flying bridge steeringstation is on a consoleforwardcentrewith steering,enginecontrolsand instruments,navigationelectromcsseeelectronicswith two swivel chairs behind,chartplotter table andAC electric panel. Behind are cabinets,asink andrefrigerationunder, the top makesinto a bar with 3 barstoolsbehind.Accessto the pilot houseis forward on theport side. Aft are two L shapesetteeswith cushions,there is a large radar arch overhead.forming a sun shade withbimini. Aft to the seatsis a entranceto the boat deckconsistingof a dinghy hoist, Yamahawaverunner, 2 kayaks,and 2life rafts. Thereare 3 tables,4 deckchairs, charcoalBBQ and sun loungecushions.The flying bridge hasa ‘ap aroundsprayshield with handrails all around.

PILOT HOUSE

The pilot houseconsistsof a large console,extendingfrom port to starboardwith steeringcentre with enginecontrols.instruments,andfull navigation equipmentseeelectronics. On port and starboardthere are chart tableswith elecrncapanel under. Behind the steering station is a leathercover bench seat.Access to the pilot house is on both port andstarboardsideswith accesson the port side to the flying bridge.

MECBANICALLY

STEERING SYSTEM

The steeringsystemwas found in soundcondition.Both rudderpackingglandsneedadjustingor repacking.

ENGINE ROOM

The engineroom containsthe twin V-16 Detroit enginesand both generatorunits, one port one starboard.There arebatten’baWcs, electricalpanels,batterycharges,transformers,fuel filtering system,oil changingsystem,heavyduty waterpumps,salt water and fresh,Naiad stabilizerequipment,andhydraulic bow thrusterequipment.All engineswere run. allraw water pumpssealsappearto be in good condition. Engineexhaustsystem,polish stainlesssteel in good condition.Both propellershaft packing glandsappearto be adjustedcorrectly. All seacockswere activated and in good conditionincluding hoses. Hoses are all double clamp below the water line. The intake hoseson both port and starboardaft ofenginesare nasty andneedreplacing.All bilge pumpswereactivatedandare in working condition. Forward to the engineroom is art air compressor,central vacuumcleaningsystem.All water pumpson the vesselare heavyduty and in goodworking condition. There are two camerasin the engineroom viewed from the pilot house.The fuel filtering systemzs adual Racor system. The air conditioning units and both water makers with their water pumps are in a separatecompartment.

MASTER STATE ROOM

The masterstate room is forward of the engineroom and Ml width of the vesselwith queensized bed and amirror behind. Walk aroundon threesides,on the starboardside is a night stand,a corner settee,a make uptablewith a seatunder.On the port sideis a night standandcabinets,a bureau,six drawersand lockers. There isan entertainmentcentre,a walk-in closetcedarline, and owners safe, thereis a private bathroomstarboardaft,with two vanities,washbasin,toilette, and aWhirlpool tub shower.All bathroomshaveCoreantops.

GUESTSTATE ROOM No I

Aft of the engine room on the starboardside is the guest stateroom No I consistingof a king sized bed. 2 niaht tables,bureaus,two closetsand a settee,TV and music centre,and its own private bathroom with vanity, mirrors, two washbasins,toilette andshower.


The gueststateroom No two is on the port sideaft of the engineroom, consistingof two twin berths,night table, closetand TV music centre.Thereis a privatebathroomwith vanity, mirrors, wash basin,toilette and shower.

CREWSQUARTERS

The crews quartersare forward, accessis from stepsforward of the galley. On the starboardside is a doubleberth withshelf, built ins, andhanginglocker, TV and music. On the port sideare two upper andlower berthswith built ins, bureauand hanginglocker, TV and music. Both crewsquartershaveseparatebathrooms,with vanity, mirror, handbasin,toileneand shower. On the port side aft of the crews quarters is a small lounge dinette area, with counter, sink, cabinets,refrigerator, microwave, TV and music. The captain’s state room is aft of the crews quarterson the starboardside,consistingof a doubleberth, night tables,lockerswith drawers,hanginglocker, with TV and music. There is a bathroomwith a vanity, handbasin,mirror, toilette andshower.

GALLEY/DINNING ROOM

The galley is long andU-shape,with a standup refrigeratorfreezerwith an ice making machine,a 4 burnerelectric sievetop with a warming oven under,there is a separateelectric oven anda microwave.There is a long Coreancountertop witha doublesink, dishwasher,wash compactorand garbagedisposal.There are ample cabinetsabove andbelow. The galleyfloor is tile. Aft of the galley is a formal dinning room with a long table with 9 chairs.

MAIN SALON

The passageway betweenthe galley, dinning room, andmain salonhas rnarrnol floor tiles. The main salon is Ions andfull width of the vessel.Forward on the starboardsideis accessto the dinning room/galley and up to the pilot house,Onthe port side is alsoaccessto the pilot housewith glass cabinetsandmusic centreandbetween.On the port side going aflis a roundtable with 4 loungechairs, aft of this is a wet barwith 3 barstools.Behindthe forward endof the bar is accessto the aft state rooms below. AFT DECK

The aft deckhas accessdoor to the swim platform via a stainlesssteel ladder.The floor of the aft deckis teak in goodcondition. Thereare two tablesand a numberof chairs.,and2 Lewmar500 warpingcapstans

INTERIOR COSMETICALLY

The interior cosmeticallyis excellentand like new condition through out. The interior of the vesselhaven’t been totallyreplacedless the five yearsago. All bright work, vinyl hood lining andvinyl wall coveringsare like new. The upholsteryis in excellent condition through out, all carpetingis in good to excellent condition through out. Bathroomshave floortiles, all countersand bathroom vanities are of Corean. All furniture in the vessel is of good quality and in like newcondition.

COMMENTS

" Mi Barur "is a vesselthat hasbeenwell maintainedand is a credit to herowner.And whenrequirementsarecompletedshewill be readyfor herintendeduse of coastalandoffshorecruising.

Owner’s Stateroom:The full width owner’s suite is located forward of the engine room and is accessedfrom astaircasejust aft of the pilothouse. A king size bed facesaft, offering walk-around capabilityand a setteeis just to port. The large ensuite head includes a whirlpool gardentub with his andhers lavatories and bidet. This stateroomalso features a completeentertainment center andgenerous walk-in closet. Beautifully accented, the owner’s suite offers privacy in verysophisticatedsurroundings.
