TALENT FRAMEWORKSurrey County Cricket Club is committed to identifying and developing home-grown cricketers to play for Surrey and England. To aid this process we have developed this document to communicate the skills and attributes that we feel Surrey players between the ages of 9 and 18 should demonstrate. We believe that the learning and development of core fundamentals underpins the foundations from which a young player can progress and enjoy the game.
