Terms and Conditions of Appointment:

The appointment offered to you is purely on contract basis which will remain

operative for 10 months from the issue of these orders & subject to satisfactory

performance at a consolidated salary Rupees 25,000/- p.m.

The contract would be reviewed by the Directorate based on your

performance during the contract period and the contract may be rescinded if your

performance has been found unsatisfactory, before the expiry of contractual period.

This offer of appointment is purely on contract basis and does not bear a

regular pay scale. You shall not be entitled to any other benefits except those mentioned

above Moreover, these appointments are purely for the Pilot Project of NVEQF under

Centrally Sponsored Scheme and strictly liable to co-terminate with the Pilot Project of

NVEQF.

Your services shall come to an end on the expiry of aforesaid contractual

period unless extended further by the competent authority. No claim for extension shall be

binding on the appointing authority. No right to hold the post shall be conferred upon you

on account of your continuation on the post without any extension by the competent

authority and you can be relieved of your duties at any time.

You will not be entitled to your salary if you willfully neglect or refuse or from other cause or

be unable to perform any of the duties under this engagement. If your work and conduct is

not found satisfactory or in case you are found guilty of insubordination, intemperance or

any other misconduct, your services can be terminated without any previous notice.

The contract of appointment can be terminated by the appointing authority by giving a

notice of one month without assigning any reason or by giving one month's contractual pay

in lieu of the notice period. Furthermore, if at any stage you desire to resign from your post,

you will be required to give one month's clear notice or forfeit in lieu thereof, your one

month's salary or for the period by which the notice falls short of one month.

You are entitled to avail total 10 days of Casual Leaves i.e. one leave per month on pro-rata

basis and no other kind of leave/s will be entitled to you. The employer may terminate your

engagement without giving any notice in the event of 7 days or more continuous absence .

During the period of contract, you shall not stand for election as Member of a Municipal

Committee, Municipal Corporation, District Board, Panchayat or any other legislative body.

You shall not take up any part time/full time employment or assignments elsewhere or do

any business during the period of the contract with DSE.

You shall stay at the assigned school where you are posted unless you are on tours.

Your appointment is subject to your character and antecedents being certified to be good by

two gazetted officers of the Government, who, not being your relatives, are known to you

for the last two years.

You will have to furnish attested copies of certificates in support of date of birth,

academic/professional qualifications/experience and Scheduled Caste/ Backward Class etc.

(if applicable) before joining your duties. If it is revealed later on that you do not posses

prescribed qualifications, experience etc., your appointment shall be cancelled. If your

certificates are found to be fake or bogus at any later stage, your services shall be

terminated forth with and you may also be liable for legal action.

The title rights, copyrights and all other rights of whatsoever nature in any material

produced under the period of this contract shall be vested exclusively in DSE, unless

otherwise vested in Government by virtue of project document etc.

You will have to produce medical certificate of your fitness from the Civil Surgeon of the

district concerned before joining your duties.

You have to furnish a declaration to the effect that you have not more than one living

spouse, in case you are married.

You will be required to take the prescribed oath of allegiance to the Constitution of India.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein before, rules, regulations, bye-laws, instructions,

lawful orders, etc. as and when framed and issued by DSE relating to the conditions of the

service and additions, amendments, modifications, alterations, etc made in the said

conditions of service from time to time shall apply to you irrespective, of whether these

matters are provided for herein or not.

19. If you are wilting to accept this offer on the terms and conditions mentioned above, you are

here by instructed to join as Vocational Teacher under the Pilot Project of NVEQF within 7

days from the date of issue of orders and not later than 24 th August 2012.
