Generic Type Waterborne Dispersant
Description Cleaning agent used for degreasing andcleaning contaminated surfaces prior topainting. This product is biodegradable andcan be used on both painted and unpaintedsurfaces.
Features Minimum Toxicity - Waterborne Biodegradable
Compatibility May be used to clean properly cured acrylics,alkyds, epoxies, phenolics, polyurethanes andothers as recommended. After the cleanedsurface has been rinsed and dried per theapplication instructions, the surface is suitable
for the application of most generic types ofcoatings.

Substrates & Surface Preparation
General Remove all extremely heavy deposits ofgrease, dirt, etc. from the surface by scrapwith a putty or broad knife. Can be usedclean painted or unpainted steel, galvansteel, stainless steel and other non-ferrmetals, and concrete surfaces.

Apply using brush or spray. Cover the surface tobe cleaned completely with Surface Cleaner 3solution. Heavy deposits may require a soak-intime of 10-15 minutes. A light scrubbing orbrushing action will decrease cleaning time andmay be required to remove the heaviestdeposits.
After use, rinse the area thoroughly with cleanpotable pressurized water. Where surfaces areto be painted following cleaning, leave theSurface Cleaner 3 on long enough so that nobeads of water (water break) remain after rinse-off.
Mixing & Thinning
Mixing Use full strength for the most difficultcontainment removal. May be diluted up to 10parts of potable water to 1 part Surface Cleaner3, depending upon the nature of the contaminantto be removed and the type of surface coating
present.
Cleanup & Safety
Cleanup Use Thinner #2.
