Before
• In the field, after a client has ensured that he is serious about getting a plan, contracts are already well prepared, beforehand.
• In the office, when preparing financial statements and other documents, it must be rechecked
After
• All copies of receipts and disbursement papers are attached to the client’s contract
• Filing by using of control number
• all the document of their previous clients, deceased or not, are not disposed, but are well kept.
Facts
• 6th day of the month is the submission of all of SureLife’s other branches.
• A client’s plan is assignable in the event of death of any member of the family. It is also transferable to any living family member. If service is unrendered, it is refundable.
• If a client has made lapses in paying balances, after 3 months of neglect, the plan becomes inactive. A fee of Php 150.00 is needed to activate the plan again.
• Promissory note is give to the family left behind of a deceased client with uncompleted plan; if the family resist on paying, barangay settlement will take place.
