Here we can post new ticket as a form of
message.
If we want post new ticket then we can add by filling
these required fields.
After Login….
This is ticket posted by user.
Here we can enter message to the
system.
Ticket Status
Here we can check all the tickets whatever user
posted to system.
Ticket Status
Here we can view and close tickets and page
refresh also after clicking respectively.
If we want to change password then we can
change here.
Change Password
When we click on this menu…Given in next
slide..

Here we can update profile.
Staff Panel

After filling these details,we can login…
This is staff member page,shows all the tickets
of customer
It shows that this ticket assign to that staff who
is logined.

Here we can check all the staff members
Staff Status
Here we can Enable,Lock and Delete
the staff.
Here we can add new staff member by filling all these
required fields.

Add New Staff Member
This shows all the departments.
Here Type Public means that this will be for all
i.e.user,staffmember and admin panel
Department Status
Here we can edit department,whatever we
want.
Edit Departments
Here we can add new department…
There are two type of Department
1.Public-It means this can access all I.e.User,Staffpanel,Adminpanel.
2.Private-This will be only for staff member and Admin panel.
Add Departments
Here we can attach the documents and files.
Settings Menu Page
Here we can check all the recent
conversation by the staff with user.
Check Staff Status with conversation
Here we can send mail as a “To” form with
“CC”…
More Action Of Ticket Status page… Sending Mail Option…

from dropdown box.
