Saint John of God College of Health Sciences
Saint John of God College is part of Saint John of God Hospitaller Services in Malawi. The College offers four academic programmes which are af-filiated to Mzuzu University and the University of Malawi. The college is under the proprietorship of Saint John of God Hospitaller Brothers of the Roman Catholic Church.
AFFILIATION Diploma in Psychosocial Counselling and Bachelor of Science in
Mental Health Psychiatric Nursing programmes are both affili-
ated to The University of Malawi and Diploma in Nursing (RN)
and Bachelor of Science in Clinical Medicine Mental Health pro-
grammes are affiliated to Mzuzu University.
ACCREDITATION
The College is duly registered and recognised by Na-tional Council for Higher Education (NCHE)
The College is also registered and accredited by the Nurses and mid-wives Council of Malawi.
The College is also registered and accredited by the Medical Council of Malawi.
COLLEGE MEMBERSHIP
The College is also a member of “The Consortium of Universities for Global Health” (CUGH).
