OFFSET LITHO & METAL DECORATING UV CONVEYORThe UV Maintenance UV conveyor is available in widths from 40cm up to 150cm, air-cooledor water-cooled, shuttered and shutterless with power outputs up to 200w/cm and can beutilised for any number of UV curing requirements and incorporates the following:

With bespoke design the UV conveyor canbe fitted with any number of UV, IR or LEDUV lamps to suit any printing application.
The Offset Litho & Metal Decorating UVconveyor can be custom-fitted to suit anyoffset litho or metal decorating printingpress no matter how small or large, and is suitable to running any number ofsubstrates from paper, card and plasticsthrough to aluminium or steel sheets.
By using the UV Maintenance Metal Decorating UV Conveyor the printing and coating process provides increased productivity, and reduced air pollution and offers superior abrasion & corrosion protection for both aluminium and steel sheets.
UV MAINTENANCE BRIDGEThe 'Bridge' allows any existing gas orinfrared conveyor to be retro-fittedand adapted to accommodate a singleor multi-lamphead UV system. Thelamphead can be supplied eitherwater-cooled or air-cooled, with orwithout shutters. The power supplycan be fitted with either transformer or electronic power supplies withpowers up to 200w/cm controlledeither manually or automatically.
