REPSOL YPF – ECUADOR, AMAZON BASIN – BLOCK 16 DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Supply Indirect Fired Water Bath Heater for Crude Oil Heating.

The scope of works included the supply and manufacture of 1 off Indirect Fired Bath Heater for

Crude Oil Heating in accordance with client’s drawings and specifications and in line with

internationally recognised standards and procedures for quality and manufacturing.

The Indirect Fired Water Bath heater had dimensions of 6000mm Length x 1600mm Diameter and

was skid mounted complete with Stack, Burner Box, Coil and Firetube installed inclusive of the

mounting of all major equipment supplied by the client and all associated piping, conduit, wiring,

instruments, valves, controls, necessary walkways, platforms, stairs, ladders, and minor equipment

not furnished by the client.

The full assembly including all Fuel Gas pipework & drain pipework was supplied tested and

painted to client specification.

Technical Specifications:-

1) Skid base was 305 x 168 x 46 Kg/M c/w 2 earth bosses and 1 main x-bracing between

supports.

2) Sole plate included with s/s and PTFE.

3) Coil provided with ASME Section VIII Division 1 U-Stamp manufactured from Coil Pipe
