COURSE OVERVIEWAlmost all types of businesses require the services of a supply chain manager to helpwith inventory and accounts receivable. Some require only one person, whereas largercorporations usually have to employ an entire team of supply chain and logistics workers. In the last couple of years alone, the demand for skilled supply chain managers has outgrownthe available number of supply chain workers. Our Supply Chain and Logistics Management:Proficiency Course will equip you with the skills needed to manage customer satisfaction,measure and control the overall cost of logistics, and manage product transportation alongthe supply chain. You will also learn how to manage budgets, and both the inventory andpurchasing. By the end of this course, you will be able to manage any small to medium-sized supply chain and logistics department.

This module is suitable for those who have completed Supply Chain and Logistics Management 1. At the end of this module, students will be able to manage the design and handling of stage systems, inventory, and purchasing.

This module covers the role of aproject manager and the project lifecycle. You will learn about each of the four phases of a project, from initiating the project (determining project needs and expectations) to planning (costs, workload and time), to execution and closure of the project.

In this module, you will learn thefundamentals of customer relationship management. You will understand the principles of market intelligent enterprises and how to create loyal customers effectively.
