    WHO SHOULD ATTEND?This program is designed for high to mid-level directors and managers within

    the overall area of global operations and supply chain (procurement, sourcing

    distribution fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, demand planning, etc.)

    OBJECTIVECreate supply chain leaders of an organizations current and futuresenior leaders in the operations and supply chain area by:

    1. Accelerating improvement of their strategic, technical and

    business competencies

    2. Accelerating and advancing organizational leadership capabilities

    of these key personnel

    3. Enhancing their thought leadership and innovative thinking

    capabilities so as to think and act like supply chain general

    managers and orchestrators

    4. Providing a holistic understanding of the end-to-end supply chain,

    immediately applicable to their daily work and thought processes

    Eight-day in-residency

    consortium-based Executive

    Education program, divided into

    two, four-day segments.

    The program is offered at least two

    times a year, spring and fall

    (depending on demand).

    After the residency, participants work

    on applied/action learning projects

    project report-outs are conducted

    by the program participants at the

    conclusion of the program.

    Participants receive a blended

    learning experience(i.e., case

    studies, experiential, peer to peer,

    lectures, team activities, etc.).

    Georgia Tech faculty engages

    participants in active discussion

    to leverage their knowledge and

    experience as building blocks in th

    learning process.

    This consortium-based program provides a comprehensive and holistic focus on capability development

    along multiple dimensions needed to drive supply chain leadership excellence strategic thinking,operational excellence, business leadership and application competency.

    PROGRAM FACULTY

    The program boasts a world-class faculty fromGeorgia Techs Scheller College of Business and theH. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and SystemsEngineering, chosen for the depth of theirknowledge, instructional and facilitation skills, and

    more importantly, their real-world orientation.

    They know that much of the learning comes frominterchange and dialogue between participants. Ourfaculty are experts at guiding and facilitatingclassroom discussion to effectively link theory andpractice, as well as promote collaborative learning.
