In accordance with the Board's May 8, 1980 Memorandum

and Order on Pending Motions for Reconsideration of ANGRY,

Lewis and Aamodt, Licensee proffers the following response to

Interrogatories 22(b), 24, and 24(a), contained in Aamodt

Interrogatories on Contention 2, Fourth (Sic; Fifth) Set, dated

February 25, 1980.

INTERROGATORY NO. 22(b)

How many hours had each of the personnel been on duty at thecommencement of the TMI-2 accident? Provide for every personon duty including those in control room, maintenance, guards.

RESPONSE

TMI-2 operating personnel, including control room operators,:

shift foreman and shift supervisor, had been on duty for five

hours at 4 a.m., March 28, 1979, the commencement time of the

TMI-2~ accident.
